Dylan Dreyer and her estranged husband Brian Fichera are making changes beyond their personal lives. The Today show meteorologist, 44, and her former partner have slashed the asking price of their New York City condo by $500,000, according to a new report from Realtor.com.
A luxury condo with a lowered price
The couple originally listed their two-bedroom, two-bathroom home for $2.49 million back in November 2024. The price has since been reduced to $1.99 million, which would mean a loss compared to the $2.35 million they paid in 2016.
Built in 2008, the apartment offers floor-to-ceiling windows with Battery Park views, oak flooring, and a chef’s kitchen with a dining space large enough for 10 people. The building also comes with standout amenities: a 24-hour doorman, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center, children’s playroom, and a massive 7,000-square-foot landscaped roof deck complete with cabanas, BBQs, and a wet bar.
A breakup announced with grace
The real estate update comes just two months after Dylan shared emotional news with her fans. In July 2025, she revealed on Instagram that she and Brian had decided to separate after more than a decade of marriage.
“For many years I have shared my family with you all — the highs and lows,” Dylan wrote. “And all of the blessings and beautiful memories in between. I want to share with you that a few months ago, Brian and I made the decision to separate. We began as friends and we will remain the closest of friends. Most importantly, we will continue to co-parent our three wonderful boys together with nothing but love and respect for one another.”
From newsroom friendship to family life
Dreyer and Fichera’s love story began in the early 2000s while working at WHDH in Boston. Dylan was anchoring while Brian worked as a studio technician. Their friendship turned into something more after a house party, affectionately dubbed the “Jammy Jam,” when Dylan realized she had fallen for him. The couple tied the knot in 2012 and went on to welcome three sons: Calvin, 8, Oliver, 5, and Russell, 3.
Moving forward together
Though their marriage has come to an end, Dylan and Brian have made it clear that family remains at the center of their lives. From vacation snapshots to heartfelt posts, the pair continues to show their commitment to raising their boys in a supportive, united way.
For fans of Dylan Dreyer, the condo sale marks another step in this new chapter defined by grace, resilience, and putting family first.
