Horrific: Trump’s Phone Got Seized During Biden-Era ‘Arctic Frost’ Scandal

Look up “mission creep” in the dictionary, and you’ll probably find Operation Arctic Frost listed as a case study. What started as a so-called investigation into 2020 election matters has now ballooned into a political surveillance campaign of historic proportions.

Attorney General Pam Bondi revealed today that President Trump’s government-issued phone was handed over to Special Counsel Jack Smith by the Biden administration — a stunning breach of executive protocol that raises enormous constitutional questions:

During the Arctic Frost Investigation, we found that Special Counsel seized President Trump’s government-issued phone.

This means the Biden Administration turned over President Trump’s phone to Special Counsel—an UNPRECEDENTED action.

In addition, Special Counsel subpoenaed all of President Trump’s PERSONAL phone records.

We can never again allow this kind of government weaponization in America.

I submitted these new documents to our partners on Capitol Hill. I commend our team at the FBI for working diligently to expose this.

Former Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland, Deputy AG Lisa Monaco, and then–FBI Director Chris Wray were all in on it. They didn’t just know about Operation Arctic Frost—they authorized it. As one senior aide put it, “They ordered the code red.”

The scope is staggering: more than 400 conservative organizations were swept up in the probe, including the late Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point USA. At least eight sitting Republican senators found themselves under federal scrutiny. Subpoenas were issued for their phone records and metadata, pushing the Biden DOJ dangerously close to full-blown wiretaps on members of Congress.

And who greenlit it all? None other than Judge James Boasberg, who quietly signed off on the telecommunications subpoenas. It’s the kind of political surveillance Americans were told could never happen here — and yet, here it is, courtesy of the same crowd that lectures everyone else about “threats to democracy.”

I understand that before arrests can be made, the evidence that a potential crime took place has to be uncovered and then charges brought. Seems like we’re well past the “finding the evidence” stage. So hopefully, Bondi and the DOJ are wading into the “bringing charges” phase – because if all of this comes out and no one’s held accountable, Trump’s supporters are gonna be furious. And rightfully so.
