From founding Focus on the Family in the 1970s to advising multiple U.S. presidents—including Donald Trump—Dobson’s influence was unmatched. He was a pioneer whose legacy continues to ripple through churches, families, and communities across the nation.

His passing leaves behind his wife of 64 years, Shirley, two children, and grandchildren. His work, however, will live on through the millions of lives he touched with his message of faith, hope, and perseverance.
